1. Who can use it. Skyhawk Ops is provided by T-DRONE PTY LTD (ABN 63 701 868 742) t/a Skyhawk Aerial for its authorised team. An administrator issues accounts. Keep your password private, and tell an administrator straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
2. Purpose. Use the app for Skyhawk Aerial work: planning jobs and recording flights, aircraft, batteries and maintenance.
3. Your records. Enter information accurately and promptly. Records may form part of our ReOC records and be provided to CASA when required.
4. Flight safety. The app supports your planning. It works alongside airspace checks in a CASA-verified drone safety app, NOTAM checks, CASA approvals and the remote pilot's own judgement, and doesn't replace them. The remote pilot in command remains responsible for each flight.
5. Working offline. Records you save without signal sync when you reconnect. If two people change the same record, the app keeps the later change and shows the conflict for review. Maps and address search need an internet connection.
6. Maps. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence.
7. Privacy. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
8. Changes and access. We may update the app or these terms. An administrator may remove access when it's no longer needed.
9. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Nothing in them limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
